An experienced investment banker who has executed over 50 transactions across multiple industries, encompassing the full suite of investment banking products including M&A and financing alternatives across the capital structure. A computer engineer by training with strong interest and experience advising growth companies in technology, healthcare, and industrials.
Over a 30-year career, Andrew has held senior investment banking positions at leading global institutions. An experienced banker with extensive deal experience across numerous transactions spanning multiple industries, including M&A, equity, and debt financing. Andrew brings deep institutional knowledge and a broad network to every engagement.
Tony brings 7+ years of investment banking experience to Cloudbreak Capital Partners. Prior to joining, he held roles at Wilsons Advisory and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Tony has participated in 20+ transactions spanning M&A, IPOs, secondary raisings, private capital, and debt advisory processes.
